Deposits for your Appointment & Cancellation Policy:
I really appreciate that I was your choice for eyelash extensions and microblading services. I offer an appointment only basis; I am setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment. A minimum 24 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. I set up the salon exclusively for your visit, denying others this space by not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 24 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50 service charge. A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize a charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy. Any gift certificates being used for this service will be applied to this cancellation charge BEFORE being applied to your credit card on file. Any service prepaid will be voided (including a series package). Please, be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full service charge.

Microblading Deposit
At the time you book your microblading appointment you will be asked to pay a $100 deposit to ensure you are serious about receiving your tattoo. Your deposit is non-refundable but goes towards the final price of your tattoo due at the time of your service. I accept cash or card for balance only. Deposits must be paid in cash or card. I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Giving less than a 24-hour notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment you can transfer your deposit over one time, as long as you give more than 24 hours notice. IF you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and will need to make a new deposit if you wish to book with me again.

Eyelash Extension Deposit

LATENESS POLICY
The way I schedule my appointments I only have a 15 min flexible lateness policy. Please notify me if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 min late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be needed to book any appointments that were cancelled due to lateness.
